For cleaning: use your favourite yoga mat cleaner, essential oil spray or natural soap. They can be machine washed on cold and hang-dried.

Grip
These mats are great for both regular yoga and hot yoga! Unlike conventional rubber mats, they get even more grippy when wet. To add grip, simply break out a sweat or mist with water.
Cleaning and Care
In most cases, spot cleaning is best. You can use an all natural mat cleaner and/or essential oil spray. Avoid cleaners containing bleach. The mats can also be machine washed. We recommend using cold water on a gentle/delicate cycle with non-bleach detergent. To dry, wrap your mat in a towel and squeeze out any excess water. Then hang your mat or lay it out flat outside or in a well-lit and well-ventilated area to complete the drying process.
